In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "vy666", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the vy666 platform and its operators, including all affiliated entities responsible for the operation of vy666.io.
• "Platform" means the vy666.io website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all games, betting markets, payment systems, and services accessible through those interfaces.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player to access the Platform's paid services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account under a promotional offer, subject to their own applicable terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.

5. You do not already hold an existing active or previously suspended Account with vy666.
6. You are not using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law, and you take sole responsibility for determining whether your use is lawful in your specific location.

vy666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal.

To access paid services on the Platform, you must create an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account. Duplicate Accounts — including Accounts using different email addresses or phone numbers belonging to the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, vy666 will close all but the earliest registered Account and may, at its sole discretion, void any winnings generated across the duplicate Accounts.

Registration of an Account on behalf of another person, or sharing an Account with another person, is not permitted. Each Account is personal to the registered holder.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. vy666 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify vy666 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised in any way.

vy666 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, or from your failure to promptly notify us of unauthorised access. Any transactions completed while your Account is accessed using your correct credentials will be treated as having been made by you, unless you have previously reported a security concern.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This additional security layer requires a one-time verification code in addition to your password at login and before processing withdrawals.

vy666 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with industry anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. You may be required to complete identity verification at any point, including but not limited to: prior to your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposit total exceeds a specified threshold, or when our automated systems flag an Account for review.

KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name and mobile number)

All deposits to your vy666 Account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 via mobile wallet and ৳1,000 via bank transfer. vy666 does not impose a platform-level fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which vy666 bears no responsibility.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits from a payment method belonging to another person — are not permitted. Where third-party deposits are identified, the deposit will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

vy666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point the offer is presented:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
2. Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will be removed from your Account automatically without notice or compensation.
3. Game Weighting: Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and crash games may contribute a reduced percentage. The contribution rates for each game category are published on the relevant promotion page.
4. Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is ৳500, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Stakes exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are pending may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active will forfeit the previous bonus.
6. Abuse: vy666 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer and void any winnings generated under it if we have reasonable grounds to believe the offer has been exploited, abused, or obtained through misrepresentation.

vy666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional programme at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring existing active bonuses already credited to Player Accounts.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by any Player whose Account has completed the applicable KYC verification process and whose real-money Balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods previously used for deposits on the Account, or to a verified payment account in the Player's name.

Processing timeframes are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically processed within 15 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank transfer: Typically processed within 1–3 hours during BST business hours. Requests submitted outside those hours will be processed at the next available opportunity.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processing time is subject to the issuing bank and may take 1–5 business days.

vy666 does not charge a fee for withdrawals. However, your receiving payment provider may apply their own charges. vy666 bears no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or issuing banks.

vy666 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-value. Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where: (a) the Account's KYC verification is incomplete; (b) an active fraud or AML investigation is in progress; or (c) the requested withdrawal amount exceeds daily or monthly limits in effect at the time of the request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vy666 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or in communication with vy666 support.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings generated as a result of a known or exploitable error will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate bet outcomes, poker tables, or any competitive game format.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating staking patterns with other Players to generate guaranteed profit from promotional terms, or using Bonus Funds in a manner that violates the terms of the specific offer.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform to launder money in any form.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction completed on the Platform through your payment provider.
• Using the Platform in any manner that could damage vy666's reputation, disrupt its services, or cause harm to other Players.

All content on the vy666 Platform — including but not limited to the vy666 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of vy666 or its content licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from vy666.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content.
• Use vy666 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context other than fair reference to the Platform without written permission.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated or manual means.

Game content is provided to vy666 under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios.

vy666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all registered Players with direct access to the following self-management tools within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which your session will automatically end and you will be logged out.

vy666 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where we hold a valid email address for your Account, by sending an email notification to that address.

Minor changes — including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Players, and updates to payment method lists — may be made without prior notice, with the updated version taking effect immediately upon publication.

The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law, with particular reference to the laws applicable to online gaming services.
